Parnalls Solicitors Yearly Report

I set out three goals for the firm last year, and I am happy to say we achieved them.

They were all about people, staff and clients, and the strength of our relationships with them.

Our work here at Parnalls is all about people. What we try to do is connect with our clients, listen to what their issues are, what they are trying to achieve and create solutions for them going forward. You can’t broker solutions, until you understand who your client is and what he or she wants to achieve, and I mean really understand that. Listening, actively, is an underrated skill and a huge part of what we need to do to achieve success. Success for a client is not just about end result, it’s about the journey, and whether that journey a positive one, whether the client felt understood, listened to, supported etc. These are skills that must accompany the professional qualifications that we have.

As a firm. we have continued to invest significant time and resource in taking on new staff, training them, supporting their professional development and making them part of the Parnalls Team. And we will continue to do so to invest in our future and our ability to continue acting for the next generation of clients going forward.

I truly believe that the team here at Parnalls are committed to and invested in the clients that we serve and in securing the best possible outcomes for them and making their journeys as positive as possible along the way. For us all here at Parnalls it is about caring, connecting and delivering.

We want to say a huge thank you to all our clients over the last year, for letting us be part of their journeys and working alongside us to navigate solutions to their issues. I know that we can go forward into 2023 continuing on those journeys with existing clients and setting out on journeys with new clients.

I also want to thank the Parnalls Team for their incredibly committed work for the Firm and its Clients.

Future Milestones

  • Completion of qualification of more key staff members and incorporating them into our fee earning structure.
  • Continued expansion and diversification of the litigation team.
  • Continued strengthening of staff loyalty and team effort.
  • Office refurbishment to foster Client and Team connections.
