Gemma joined Parnalls in July 2003 as an Assistant in the Conveyancing Department. Gemma worked her way up to become Senior PA to Director Mark Parnall and followed him to Trelonk becoming Facilities Director of Parnall Properties Services managing the residential and commercial units on the Trelonk Estate and assisting in the running of the Parnall Group. In 2023 Gemma returned to the Parnalls Solicitors office in Launceston and as well as continuing to support Mark and the Trelonk Group also assists Katherine as her senior Aide in the firm’s Litigation Department. Katherine Flashman Kitson says “Gemma is central to everything Mark and I and the firm do and have done for a very long time in terms of Parnalls Solicitors, the Parnall Group, our base at Trelonk and the office here at Launceston. We have absolute trust and confidence in Gemma, which is a credit to her loyalty, the character she is, and the sophisticated skillset and adaptability she has. Gemma is a warm and caring person, but dynamic and tenacious as the varied role demands. I cannot believe Gemma has been with us for 21 years and it seems like only yesterday she joined, but she is an essential part of the Team and we are very grateful to have her with us.
