We have now put in place two new procedures to assist our clients as they navigate these uncertain times:
- We have established a formal process for the review and analysis of every key Government announcement in relation to Covid-19. This team, lead by Mark Parnall, enables us to provide our clients with an up-to-the-minute legal perspective in a rapidly changing environment.
- Some legal work requires the physical attendance of a solicitor. Parnalls has developed a programme of measures to enable the witnessing of signatures, for example in the execution of a Will or documentation in relation to a Conveyance, to be undertaken safely. Our team has also been issued with appropriate documentation allowing them to provide these services at your location.
