Gemma joined Parnalls in July 2003 at the age of 16 as an assistant in the Conveyancing Department after completing her Legal Secretarial Studies at St Austell College.  Gemma worked her way to become Personal Assistant to Director Mark Parnall and has been supporting him for over 16 years, following him to Trelonk and becoming Facilities Director of Parnall Properties Services managing the residential and commercial units on the Trelonk Estate.

In 2023 Gemma came back to Parnalls Solicitors and alongside continuing to support Mark, works assisting Katherine in the Litigation Department.

In her spare time Gemma enjoys relaxing with her husband and two children and enjoying the quiet life of St Ann’s Chapel!
