David is a solicitor in the litigation and family law department having joined Parnalls in August 2019 and having been qualified as a solicitor for over 2 years acting in a wide range of litigation and family issues including commercial and contract disputes, debt recovery, property disputes and financial proceedings.
David studied law at Swansea University, graduating with a 2:1. During his studies, he worked with the Welsh Observatory of Human Rights, attending various functions on the rights of asylum seekers, and helped establish the Children’s Legal Centre Wales. Since then David completed his Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.
Having lived in Cornwall since 2000, David has plenty of local knowledge and is attuned to the needs of his clients.
David values a communicative and friendly approach with clients and enjoys the varied experience of working in the law.
Outside of work, David plays rugby in the Cornwall leagues. David is also a keen drummer and enjoys all sports, though he is an avid supporter of Leicester Tigers in the rugby premiership.
