Ben Mitchell is a Solicitor dealing with all forms of non-contentious and transactional property and business law, specialising in commercial property. Ben joined Parnalls in 2016, initially working with senior director Mark Parnall, and has already dealt with an impressive portfolio of cases. Responsive and reliable, Ben is flexible and maintains a high level of detail when working on complex cases.

Ben hails from the Launceston area, holding a degree in Law from the University of Portsmouth and completing a Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England.

Working in the Commercial Property department Ben has dealt with a range of different transactions including leases, the sale and purchase of property, and transactions involving renewable energy.

Ben has also been involved with a number of general commercial matters including partnership agreements, shareholders’ agreements and business sales and purchase. More recently Ben has worked on several company sales and purchases in the local area. Among the transactions he has supervised are the sale of a renewable installation company for over £1m, an agricultural company for over £2m, and a farm for over £3m.

Ben is a keen Everton football fan (a family favourite) and plays for a Six-a-Side team.
