“I would like to thank you very much to Parnalls and especially to let you know how impressed I was with Ben’s performance. If it wasn’t for Ben’s proactive attitude, I can only hazard a guess as to when we would have managed to complete as the sales team and solicitors on the sellers side were very uncommunicative and unresponsive, however, Ben was an absolute pleasure to deal with, was very proactive in progressing the sale and was always willing to take or return my calls. Whilst Parnalls was the most expensive quote I received for conveyancing services, I now understand the value proposition and I understand why (Parnalls Client) recommended you as I wouldn’t hesitate to a) recommend and b) use your services again.”
