But leading comes in many forms. My commitment remains always to people, colleagues, staff and our Clients and making sure we secure the best outcome in Clients matters that we can, and making the journey as seamless and stress free as possible. I have been fortunate enough to build up a lot of experience in this profession during my time as a Lawyer, and I am always happy to pass that experience on to my colleagues here in the Firm but also to learn from them.
