Parnalls Solicitors Katherine Flashman Kitson, with Stephen Robillard, gave the third lecture at University of Plymouth School of Law on Dispute Resolution, this week on dealing with communications with the Opponent.
Katherine says “dealing with disputes requires a different skillset, not only understanding and engagement with the client, but also the Opponent, to try to achieve resolution in the most time and cost effective way. Every dispute is different and calls for a different approach, but the important thing is to keep working towards resolution and a successful outcome for your client”.
