Advice Along the Way
If it is not possible to stop a dispute early on, it may rumble on with the employee causing problems and you may need advice along the way. We can guide you through that and do so with many employers. When there is a new development with the employee in the dispute speak to us and we will go through the options with you and help you decide the best course of action to take.
If the dispute becomes a formal legal dispute with the Employment Tribunal or Court being involved we can formally represent you and assist you. Or you may decide you wish to represent yourself and we can give you advice in the background. There are a number of options available for representation and we will find the right solution for you.
