Parnalls Solicitors Katherine Flashman Kitson attended The Royal Opera House in Covent Garden for the opening night of The Royal Ballet’s Woolf Works.
Katherine says “Dance is one of my greatest loves, and this wonderful piece choreographed by Sir Wayne McGregor, is a ballet triptych, each part representing one of the novels of Virginia Woolf. My own personal favourite was the first, “I now, I am” based on the novel Mrs Dalloway. A stream of consciousness novel based on the thoughts of a married woman as she prepares for a party, one day of her life, and all the thoughts within her. Such beautiful choreography, the music by Max Richter so powerful, and the overall effect extremely moving. World class and unforgettable, collaborative dance event at its very best”.
