Here at Parnalls we are celebrating the lovely Claire Wicks having been here at the firm for 12 years.
Claire is a Chartered Legal Executive and works as part of our Residential Conveyancing Team having joined the firm in 2010.
Claire studied through CILEx and is now a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Claire’s work includes residential sales and purchases, remortgages, dealing with new build purchases and some agricultural land purchases.
As many of you will know Claire is a true local, having been to school in Launceston before completing her A Levels at City College, Plymouth and then achieving level 3 of the CILEx qualification at Cornwall College, St. Austell.
Claire delivers exceptional standards of client service throughout all her work. She is extremely receptive to client’s needs, communicates clearly, quickly and effectively keeping clients fully informed at every stage. Claire understands that property transactions can be very stressful for clients and always takes that into account.
Claire is incredibly professional in everything she does; her warm and caring manner instantly puts clients at their ease and makes them feel they are in safe hands. Claire is a wonderful asset to the firm and we feel very lucky to have had her working for us for this length of time.
