Parnalls Solicitors Katherine Flashman Kitson ascended Mount Sinai on the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt on Ash Wednesday.
Katherine says “we trekked on camel and on foot to see the sunrise on Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent. It was curious riding camels in the dark up a stony terrain. The stars were so bright and I saw a shooting star which seemed really close. The sunrise was beautiful and the view amazing. Very moving to be on this sacred site where Moses received the Ten Commandments from God”.
