Parnalls Solicitors Katherine Flashman Kitson and Stephen Robillard began a series of guest lectures today The School of Law, Plymouth University on the Dispute Resolution Module for First Year Law Students.
Katherine Flashman Kitson says “We are thrilled to be involved with Plymouth University School of Law in parting some of our experience on Dispute Resolution to the students studying for a Law Degree and hopefully giving them insight into our work within the profession. Great first lecture on the first interview with the client and early actions, something we have both done many times, but an extremely important part of the solicitor/ client relationship, where we first hear about the facts of the client’s dispute and work out a strategy of how to go on and what the client may want to achieve and how the Law can enable that process. We are really excited to be involved in the next generation of Lawyers and the future of the profession”.
